Simon has a Degree in Agriculture, Wye College and has been involved in farm agronomy of potato for 25 years; 14 years with North Norfolk Potato Growers farmer cooperative and self-employed for 11 years. Responsible for 3000 acres of field agronomy on crops mainly in East Anglia and 30,000 tonnes of seed and processing storage. Professional interest in cover crops to help improve soil and crop health.
